Granite World Terms & Conditions

1. PRODUCTS
1.1 All natural materials supplied are subject to their natural markings and there may be slight variations in colour and pattern as they come from a natural source. Any natural variations cannot be classed as a fault.
1.2 We cannot guarantee an exact match of the product fitted to the original sample sent for the reasons stated in 1.1 above. The exact resemblance of the product fitted to any samples previously supplied can not be guaranteed. We will however, always endeavour to ensure our customer is happy with the product supplied and in most cases are able to supply a sample from the slab from which your product will be cut.
1.3 Some materials may not be suitable for the customers intended use. Granite World will advise the customer if this occurs and will require confirmation from the customer in writing before they will proceed with an installation of a product deemed unsuitable.

2. QUOTES
2.1 If quotes are given based on measurements or templates supplied to Granite World by the customer or a 3rd party any changes to this before installation / delivery may be subject to an additional charge.
2.2 Granite World accept no liability for incorrect templates which are supplied to Granite World by the customer or a 3rd party.
2.2 If Granite World provide a template following a quotation already given the price originally quoted may go up or down depending on the true measurements and any other requirements not previously mentioned by the customer (such as changes in kitchen layout, extra cut outs etc…)

3. TEMPLATE / INSTALLATION
3.1 Once we have installed the product and a satisfaction note has been signed by the customer Granite World accept no liability for any defect arising from wilful or accidental damage, negligence, misuse or alteration / repair of the product without Granite Worlds written approval.
3.2 A standard charge of £75+VAT will be made if any of our templating / fitting teams can not carry out agreed work on a pre-arranged date.
3.3 Once we have received a confirmed order cancellations are subject to a 10% charge.

4. DELIVERY
4.1 Granite World endeavour to meet all agreed delivery dates but will not accept liability for any unforeseen delays which are beyond our control.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 25% is required upon template and the remainder is required before we leave the site once the work has been completed. Any other terms must be agreed in writing by Granite World prior to templating / installation.
5.2 All goods supplied remain the property of Granite World until payment has been received in full.
